  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Delivery times and methods vary depending on your location and the size of your items:

  • Domestic Shipping (USA): Typically takes 7 to 10 days. (Note: Large items like heavy-duty storage sheds may require freight carrier coordination).

  • International Shipping: Typically takes 11 to 15 days.

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. They serve as a general guide and are subject to acceptance and approval of your order.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) and a tracking link.

  • For freight shipments, carrier tracking details and contact numbers will be provided.

4. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure your package or freight arrives on time, Modixa is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier disruptions, severe weather conditions, customs processing, holidays, or incorrect address details provided at checkout.
